FileZilla is the latest version (3.33.0) have also tried using earlier version since this has never happened before. I have updated ftp credentials to ensure they are correct.

So far, we have tried multiple new passwords and user names. I understand if this is far too specific for this Lounge, but thought I’d see if someone here can help better than the ones PowWeb is using in the Philippines and India…and always a different person so there is no issue consistency.
